"We had a fabulous stay here. Unfortunately the lack of air-conditionng was a real issue in the heat. The room was clean but needs a refresh, And there was a lack of plugs and USB ports."

"I pulled a muscle while at the museum upon returning to hotel staff manager refused yo let me use a wheelchair for transport from car to lobby stating that chair was left by a guest and they were waiting to see if it was picked up. They refused me the aid of a rolling chair stating that it wasnโt used for that purpose. Not once did any staff member offer aid, suggestions, or concern. This issue meant that I had to wait outside in 94 degree heat for two hours while a muscle relaxer took hold. This is very poor customer service . "

"Stayed in a basic room. Definitely not 4 star, both the room and bathroom had definitly seen better days and were very well used. However for a night's sleep to break a long journey was fine. Pool, sauna and steam room were very well received andcdon enjoyed the gym. Breakfast was also lovely though no fresh rolls."

"We had a twin room with the beds pushed together, when separated them the floor was a little grotty. There was only one big towel for the two of us. Except for that though, staff where super helpful, amenities where favourable, parkings good. Breakfasts good! Would stay again."
