"Good value for money. We stayed 9 days in total and felt very confortable and safe. Room, fridge, microwave, and sheets were clean. Room interior also looks nice."

"The hotel was located near where we were visiting, that was the plus. Booked last minute, it was the best pricing I could get-but I would not stay again. While clean, the room smelled musty, toilet leaked and walls were thin. Curtains did not block out the security lighting outside, noise from the other rooms, hallway and parking lot was clearly heard. I booked two rooms at the same time and while they didn't need to be connected, the were originally on different floors. Took a while to fix and...

"Lobby is in good shape, breakfast was also fine. The hallways and doors and stairwell are really beat up and dingy. The room was ok, but our AC unit was rusty, bent and dirty but it did work. The worst was other guests smoking weed in their room and in the doorways to the property. The hallway smelled terrible. Highly recommend don’t stay there just because it’s budget."

"I can’t say enough good things about our stay here! We came for a girls weekend and the staff was so kind and helpful, the breakfast and complimentary happy hour were great, and our room was adorable and clean! Highly recommend for any trip to the Connecticut shore!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway! The cottage was impeccably clean and cozy. It was perfectly appointed with modern amenities, yet it still retained its classic coastal charm. Waking up to breathtaking views of the water right from our room was the highlight of the trip. The innkeepers were incredibly accommodating. A huge bonus for us was the kayaks on the property. The availability of clean lifejackets was a plus. We can’t wait to go back and relax."

"Property is a bit run down (the exterior is sunbeaten and the exterior windows had trouble opening and closing because the hand cranked were busted) and some furnishings and utilities are old, but the rooms were surprisingly nice and the sheets and decor felt fairly modern. The room was spacious and I think that the price is great for what I got. No complaints. I was happy. Maybe some closer attention to detail by housekeeping, such as scrubbing walls behind doors, as well as maintenance (slow...
