"They cancelled my reservation and while they offered to rebook at a Hyatt for us I had to mar at least three phone calls to finally receive my rebooking reservation! I am extremely upset because I chose the hotel specifically for its location and I booked back in October of 2025! Then they cancel the two days before I am to arrive’ seriously! The lame excuse was technical issues which allowed for overbooking! I booked in October! Why did I get moved and then the other hotel was another half...

"Very rude staff "

"You get what you pay for. This motel was the cheapest in the area for the weekend we needed. It was clean, mostly quiet and very convenient in location. However, if you need an actual kitchen, this was not it. There was a second sink but nothing else to allow cooking or any food prep."

"No hot tub, no breakfast, very dirty and run-down. Half the building was being renovated because of a bad fire involving 3 floors! Strong fire smell and broken elevator. They tried to put us in a room right next door to 10 rooms we could barely walk by doors, tools insulation and workers hammering and drilling. Moved us to the other end and downstairs. Still strong fire smell. Pool was dirty and stuff floating around. Hot tub boarded up and sauna no where to be found. We have stayed here before...

"The first unacceptable problem was that the property is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE!! The second issue was that the property listed many amenities on Expedia that DID NOT EXIST!! I specifically booked our stay for The Arcade,Gift Shop, vending machines,and expected the breakfast buffet to be like the pictures that were posted!! Not even close!! My advice from this experience is to call the property first before you book it!! Especially if you have children!!!"

"Checking in was a breeze. Luisa was very helpful and so friendly. My room was amazing and the bed was so comfy. I think what ultimately made my night was the text from Luisa, checking in to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. That definitely made the experience and the decision to stay the night, the perfect choice. I will be booking a room here in the future."

"I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help...

"We had a lovely long weekend stay at this property at the end of March 2025. Our room was a very spacious efficiency. The wifi was good. There was plenty of parking available. We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants or go to the boardwalk. There is laundry available. There is no fitness area. Highly recommend."
