Very nice and enjoyable place. It has a coffee shop and you can do your laundry. Its close to most things and you can walk. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again. I recommend it!

Central, novo e descomplicado!

bom custo benefício e ótimo procedimento de check in online. bem no centro da cidade, fácil locomoção e várias opções com entrega gratuita. excelente estrutura do prédio em geral, só peca na estrutura do banheiro (box muito apertado e depois de tomar banho fica um cheiro bem forte de esgoto no banheiro). roupa de cama e banho poderiam ser melhores, assim como a manutenção dos itens no quarto (chaleira não funcionava, torneira da cozinha estava frouxa, ar bem fraco e frigobar tb).

O apto/studio é excelente… desde a recepção do prédio, que por sinal possui o sistema de acesso por face id, o que torna mais segura a entrada, sendo assim, acessível apenas para as pessoas autorizadas no check in, além de ter vigilância 24h… afinal, a localização não é das melhores, durante a noite não é possível sair para caminhar com segurança; pois fica localizado na área central, onde encontrará muitos moradores de rua e viciados, que te abordam a todo momento… não possui bons restaurantes e bons mercados por perto, porém tem uma mercearia bem na frente, mas quanto isso ok, pois vários restaurantes entregam delivery, e também tem uma cozinha no apto bem equipada para elaborar uma refeição básica. A vista para a cidade não é bonita, porém, para ter uma bela vista da cidade, paga-se o preço, que não é o caso desse imóvel, que tem um valor muito acessível por sinal.. Dentro do imóvel, você esquece que está localizado na área central; o apto conta com um espaço excelente, limpo, cama boa, roupa de cama e toalhas higienizadas, chuveiro com boa pressão e temperatura, ar condicionado, piso laminado, cortina blackout, tv com acesso a amazon, netflix, etc…. tomadas em locais estratégicos, secador de cabelo e ferro de passar no quarto, shampoo, sabonete. No local também tem lavanderia rápida (paga-se a parte) , academia e um café, porém não tive a oportunidade de experimentar. Acesso a carros por app excelente. Com certeza pelo custo benefício é um local que eu voltarei.
