"Stayed for one night, which happened to be the hottest night of the year. Not the hotels fault, but the window in the room would not open. Hotel did supply fans but made little difference. Major issue was after a night in a 30 degree room there was no water for a shower, or the toilet. Spoke to manager who was stressed but apologetic who said the mains were off due to an issue which he hoped would be fixed at some point…. That said - it's not too far from the town centre (5 - 10 minute walk), nor the train station (15 min walk or so). After I checked and realised I'd been charged twice, hotels.com were extremely helpful and in the end the management at premiere inn did refund my money ( that's still not in account) the manager there was very helpful and apologetic.
