"Best night sleep in a hotel in years "

"Immediately when I walked in, staff greeted me and helped me quickly check in. I immediately noticed the lobby was clean and the furniture was nice and in good shape. When I got to the elevator the elevator was also immaculately clean and functioning very well. I usually find that hotel elevators are sketchy and theirs was not. There was plenty of parking. There honestly isn't a bad place to park. Our room was extremely clean and everything was very nice. The pool was clean and heated nicely....

"The service was easy, kind, fast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Our crunchy family took full advantage of thebfull kitchen in our suite to reheat our healthy food. We could easily have cooked from scratch here. Breakfast was big and delicious. The facilities were lovely: great pool & 2 workout rooms had just what we needed, large lobby with various coves 2 tv's with remotes handy. Only complaints: the patio furniture could have been cleaned & arranged...

"One major dislike was that we had to pay for parking and another was the lack of chairs in the pool area. That being said the pool was warm and enjoyable! One thing I really liked was the environment, it was fancy but not too fancy that I felt like me and my family with young children were out of place. The staff and other guests were all so kind. The elevator was a huge hit with our youngins! We don't visit KC often, but if we do we will definitely be staying here again!!"

"Clean room and nice property overall. Our door was hard to open and shut, just need a little extra pull and push, no sneaking in and out. Breakfast had a nice variety. There are several spots throughout the hotel to sit back and relax with friends. "
