All in all it was good for the price, the breakfast was good but slow to come out. The pool and spa were enjoyable except for the floors they were to smooth to were you felt you were going to slip just standing in place would definitely recommend swim shoes for kids. The front desk staff was friendly and the pool was clean and nice to use. Our room, 212, did not blow out cold, or even cool air, and the refrigerator barely got cool at all. We stayed 2 nights and told the front desk on the first night about not having air conditioning. All he said was that he would tell maintenance about it on Monday. The beds were on uncomfortable metal frames that made a lot of noise and the pillows were tiny and flat. The only thing decent about breakfast was the biscuits and gravy and make your own waffles. They ran out of most things and only had the front desk person working during breakfast, so you would have to say when something was out and hope he got to it before you gave up waiting and left. On Sunday they didn't have cups for coffee and we had to use the small juice cups which worked out because they didn't have any juice once the first pitcher was empty.
