"The hotel is in a sketchy part of Naples but we ventured out before it was dark. There are many restaurants and stores in the area. There is also an inordinate amount of street noise - people, cars and the beeping, beeping, beeping but it all adds to the experience of being in that part of Napoli. The desk attendant was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and offered variety. The rooms were much larger than expected and were clean. The bed was comfortable. "Comfortable hotel. Not very salubrious area! Traffic heavy in rush hour so took much longer than planned for morning flight, even though not far from the airport. Be warned! Would have preferred a shower to a jacuzzi in the bathroom, for a quick morning shower."

"Wir haben diese Hotel gewählt um die Umgebung zu erkunden und evtl. abends noch am Strand auszuspannen. Pattsituation war gut, Auto wird hinter einem Tor geparkt aber auf die Klingel ohne Überprüfung wird das Tor geöffnet. Hotel ist übersichtlich. Zimmer groß, mit einem Balkon und Sitzmöglichkeit. Gleich am Meer, man hört die Wellen. Frühstück ist wirklich gut. Das war einer von 4 Hotels die wir auf diese Reise besucht haben und dieses Frühstück war das Beste. Service ist nicht 4 Sterne...

"During our 11-day stay here, every staff member we interacted with were friendly and responsive. There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip. We want to thank the Gold Tower management and staff for making our Italian experience more enjoyable - So glad we chose your resort!"

"El WiFi no funcionó por casi dos días. El desayuno es pobre y malo. Los cuartos carecen de una buena ventilación. El bar no se sabe ni cuándo ni quién lo abre. Sin embargo, el personal es amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar a sus huéspedes y a solucionar problemas."

"Clean and functional hotel, excellent location. Room was quiet but the pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel itself lacked charm and friendliness of other hotels we’ve stayed in but that didn’t bother us (might bother others.) One more thing: not a biggie but, if you like a cup of tea at the end of a long day, take your own tea bags! The room has a kettle but they didn’t replace the tea bags. (which we think a 4* hotel probably should do.)"

"Its a camping site with rooms for the ones that dont have tents I guess. I didnt see that when I booked. My bottle purse got stolen from in front of my room, The bathroom lock was broken, Ac didnt work well. The breakfast and fromt desk gentleman were great."

All of the metal is rusted. I felt like the rooms were not clean. The walls were completely scratched and stained. "

"Most breathtaking view. There was a wedding going on big party. Hard to get to narrow streets. The pool was closed and after being told the hot tub was 24 hrs it was closed in the morning. Breakfast was great, dinner not so much. "
