"This is what hotels used to be. I wish other hotels were as nice as this. Service was friendly and prompt. Room was spacious and well laid out. Bathrooms were great. Small minor detail. I would reduce the add ons that are in the room for a fee. There was no room in the mini fridge for anything else. "This is the place to be. Perfectly located hotel in the heart of Old Montreal. This hotel is the most charming and elegant place to stay. Everything was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and professional. Matthew took care of us. We stayed here for our anniversary and don’t have any bad things to say.
