"I stayed at this hotel for one night on a trip to Cornwall. I must say that the facility is well-maintained, and the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is served. Normally, I prefer the buffet, but the service is fast and attentive. Let's just say that it lacked the wow factor to earn a fifth star. The hotel's location, although conveniently located directly on a link road and not far from the city centre, is not in a particularly attractive part of Exeter. "

Parking is pay and display across the street. You take a chance finding a spot. Otherwise, you have to go quite a way to find parking. Lots of restaurant choices close by. "
