"Rooms were not well kept at all. The original rate was tripled due to graduation and the rooms were less than bearable. Staff did upgrade to a suit which was also not clean, but did smell better. The bed was marked with a blue stain, the curtains dirty, as well as the bathroom shower. Elevator out as well. The hotel has potential but could use a major uplift."

"Our rooms were okay except I had to kill a roach in the closet. The potatoes they used for breakfast were tasty for a free hotel breakfast."

"The staff was extremely friendly! We stayed during the busy FSU and FAMU move-out and graduation weekend, and despite how hectic it was, the team never showed any stress. We interacted with three different staff shifts, and each one was just as welcoming and helpful as the last. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the rates were affordable, and the location was very convenient to both the universities and the interstate. I highly recommend staying here!"
