"There was nothing awful about this property. It was just a bit run down. The tile floor in the public areas was cracked in some places. The carpet in our room had spots of some kind on it. The hair dryer appeared super old and somewhat dirty. Otherwise, the bathroom seemed clean and the bed comfortable. The property was just ok - not the standard we expect from a Holiday Inn Express."

"I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best"

"Great staff! I wish I got the employees name who got us checked in and then I needed some help and he didn’t even hesitate to help with my World Cup parking. Really impressive. It’s close to shopping and a Starbucks and only about 10 minutes or so from the baseball and football stadiums so super convenient location."

"I stayed here while traveling because my friend recommended it. I’m very glad I took her advice and decided to stop here. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Very clean and lovely. There is a beautiful pond out back. Breakfast was as good as any other hotel I’ve had breakfast at. My visit was too short! I wish I could have checked out the pool"

"Filthy… food on the floor… bathroom was dirty… requested to be cleaned… elevator out of order… hall restrooms out of order… old comforters with cigarette burns in them… wall are filthy… rust on the lamps… ac unit cover fell off of the wall… dirty particles of trash in the ac unit. Light switches and plugs as well as cooling unit had visible dirt on them. I could go on and on… I purchased cleaning supplies and Clorox wipes to make livable for 3 nights. Keep in mind, we paid $481 for 3 nights...

"Unclean room when arrived, asked for towels and I had to go find a housekeeper because the front desk manager never brought us any after I called. I had to go find a sweet housekeeper to come and clean our room. Upon arrival the staff didnt even know that the room wasnt cleaned and that it wasnt actually ready but checked us in anyways. Then no staff at check out or on site after hours. And the manager told us there was free breakfast and there actually was no breakfast in site at all so we left...
