"Undoubtedly the most magical place we’ve ever stayed, words and pictures just can’t do The Little Cottage in the Woods justice. Every corner of the cottage and gardens reveal more delightful touches! We were sorry to have to leave so soon and wish we could have stayed longer. "Stayed at The Pier Rooms for 3 nights, highly recommend staying here. Literally a minute walk from train station and ferry terminal for visiting the nearby islands with the town centre and buses only a couple of minutes walk. My room was very clean with a kettle, bottle of water, tea, instant coffee etc. hairdryer. Air con was very good, not noisy. The housekeeper was lovely and very helpful as I hadn't received my entry instructions, she sorted it straight away. There's a swipe card for entry once your in the room which I preferred to using my phone. Bed was very comfortable, I slept very well. Shower was easy to use and I liked the rainfall style. I will definitely stay here again as suited my needs perfectly and I felt safe staying here as a female solo traveller."
