"Not very friendly staff in the lobby, experienced about 6 days of it…they act like you’re bothering them if you ask anything. The pool and ocean front was nice but would not stay again due to the pool music and night club sounds coming from somewhere nearby all the way until 3am. Very basic and budget friendly but at our cost of peace. The location and convenience of everything close by was nice. Good dive resort on sight was great."

The hallways and stairs echo very loudly. It was only a disturbance when some unruly children were running and yelling loudly late at night. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"The Cozumel square with many vendors and eateries as well as entertainment is only 3 blocks away and safely walkable. Museum about a 10 minute walk as is the ocean. Clean room, staff helpful. This is a small boutique hotel so no food just coffee."
