Kid Friendly Hotels in Courtenay

"Check in was fast. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The provided breakfast was good; my only complaint is that the sausages tasted like cardboard and the (fried) eggs were probably factory-made and could be better. On my last night, Friday, there were a bunch of kids running up and down the hallway, being very noisy and even knocked on my door (I believe because I hung the "do not disturb" sign. Two calls to the front desk were courteously received, saying they would handle it. I'm not sure they did because the disturbances continued. I blame the parents of these young children too; obviously, they don't care if their kids are misbehaving and being a nuisance."

"Rooms were not soundproofed and we didn’t get any of the “daily housekeeping” they said they provided. Shower was nice, beds were comfortable enough. Woke up to ferry traffic every morning. Staff did not feel very welcoming, almost felt like a bother. Probably won’t be back. "

"The room was clean but had a heavy perfume smell and infested with ants. We booked this Inn for the hot tub that was listed only to find out there wasn’t a working hot tub since Covid. On top of that I was charged more than the amount I initially signed on for. Location was great and staff were friendly. "
