"We loved this hotel! It’s convenient, the morning breakfast buffet was huge and had a good variety and the staff is friendly and super helpful. We left our passports in the room safe when we checked out and they had them waiting for us when we returned a few hours later. We would most definitely stay here again. "

"ヒースロー空港から一本で来れるパディントン駅から近く、地下鉄の駅も近くにいくつかあり、移動に大変便利でした。ハイドパークにも近く、気持ち良い散歩ができました。　ホテルから歩いて３分ぐらいのところにM＆Sというスーパーがあり、おいしい果物や質の良い食料を購入できました。８月中旬、ネクタリンが旬で安くて大変おいしく何度も購入しました。　ホテルの受付には２４時間スタッフが滞在し、早朝でもコーヒーを注文してダイニングで読書やネット検索ができるのが良かったです。"

"What a wonderful stay! Our room was fabulous. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious and very nice. They were a few cracks in the sink/floor in the bathroom but aside from that, perfect! The staff was super kind and helpful with our bags. We enjoyed the lounge, delicious drinks at the bar, and all f the taxidermy! Great location. We could walk to the park, shops, restaurants, and Whole Foods for groceries. I would highly recommend the hotel. It was a great stay. They only thing I would...
