"Didn’t have a lot of time this trip in Nottingham, just one night, but chose The Beeches again coz last time it was so nice, clean, comfy and handy enough without having to stay in the city centre. I hope to be back there again!"

"Have stayed here many times and rooms are clean, ideal location. Coffee maker in the shared kitchen and there is also a kettle in the room. The car park used to be very big but is now fenced in and is difficult to park your car if you have a large car. Took my husband over 5 minutes to park and it was a challenge. "

"I chose to stay at this property due to the location, for that it was perfect, extremely close proximity to Nottingham and a great stop off on my journey. The downsides. First off, given the price of the room, I wasn't expecting much at £80 a night, but I certainly was expecting more. Upon opening the door to the room I was met with a foul odour that stayed with me for the whole night. Walls were marked from where prior customers have rubbed their luggage against the walls, the bath plug was missing, stolen or removed by the property to not allow the usage of the bath. Overall the room was dirty and not what I expected when entering. Amenities are what you expect, hair dryer, towels etc. No shampoo or conditioner, only hand wash. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I have stopped off in cheaper hotels than handle themselves much better. I would not recommend staying there, even though the location is great, you can get stays at a similar price in central Nottingham."

"The food was absolutely delicious. The rooms are up quite a few stairs, manageable but if you have access problems I would not recommend. The hosts have provided much nicer than the usual instant coffee etc and real milk and juice in fridge in room. Breakfast is cold buffet well stocked but I needed gluten free and didn’t realise the buffet was laid out for us to have in room. Fortunately I had so,e GF bread in car. "
