"We stayed at the hotel with family and friends for a week to attend a wedding It was very convenient, in a safe area and is well maintained. the housekeeping staff do a great job We ate at Canto several times - Food and service is excellent During our stay there was a festival lunch in the Grand Ballroom - the buffet spread, music and service was marvellous The highlight for us was The Grand Club. Such helpful, kind and pleasant staff and a good selection of food at breakfast and cocktail...

Throughout the hotel all staff members (exception of housekeepers) spoke excellent English. We also found the location to be better than expected for all of our needs; convenience stores, money changer, pharmacies, restaurants and sidewalk cafes, and more."

Staff helpful with making reservations for restaurants and finding the right UBER destination locations for sugar loaf hill and Christ the redeemer. Outside staff opens doors for our UBER departing and arriving. The rooms are clean and cool. The breakfast is truly exceptional with a wide variety of regular breakfast items, fruits and juices.
