Fantastic

The hotel is fantastic, better than expected. The area, the people and the hotel itself were awesome. The hotel has a restaurant and a private beach. The food was fantastic and the beach is clean and well taken care of. I recommend this hotel to everyone wants a get away from life stress.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is beatiful, has a beach just in front. When I get they I realized my tire was flat. The guys from the hotel took my car to fix it while I was out in a boat trip, they were simply amazing. Very good breakfast. Their restaurant water front is also very good. Prices are not cheap but it worth it.

The pools fed by the waterfall made Hotel Mercedes stand out from anywhere else. Be aware that bad weather can effect the use. There was torrential rains while we were there, the pools had to be emptied and cleaned, but the couple days being able to use it were worth it. There is some snorkeling under and beside the dock. Visibility is poor. Don't make snorkeling the reason you come. Staff was very pleasant , especially the front desk.

O hotel é bem antigo, mas muito bom em infraestrutura, principalmente o deck externo. Porém deveriam rever o enxoval, toalhas pequenas, lençóis e camas desconfortáveis. O atendimento da equipe é maravilhoso e tb muito limpo. Gostamos muito.

Tive um problema no estacionamento. Entreguei meu carro em condições normais e recebi com pneu furado 2 dias depois e só me avisaram no check out. hotel não arcou com despesa alguma e não deram nenhuma satisfação. O manobrista foi bastante prestativo e ajudou na troca do pneu. Não voltaria mais nesse hotel nem recomendo aos meus amigos que frequentem também. Se quiser ir num de melhor qualidade em todos os aspectos, procurem pelo Vila Salga.

Hotel parou no tempo.

Não visitava o hotel há alguns anos e me surpreendeu a estrutura interna, principalmente em relação ao quarto. O banheiro escuro, com itens desgastados, roupas de cama bem velhas. Não entrega o que se cobra pela diária. Minha sensação é de que focaram na atualização da área da piscina externa e restaurante e esqueceram do principal, o hotel.

Boa estadia. O quarto era antigo (ala antiga do hotel) porém reformado. Tudo limpo e relativamente novo. As piscinas internas e partes do hotel estavam em obras. Excelente café da manhã, piscina aquecida, deck privativo e praia particular foram os pontos fortes. Tive apenas um problema com esquecimento de um óculos de sol no salão de jogos que nao foi recuperado até o momento.

Não fiquem na suíte master duplex!

Me hospedei na Suíte Master Duplex do Hotel Mercedes, o quarto mais caro do hotel, e minha experiência foi simplesmente desastrosa. Em três dias: • O ar-condicionado parou de funcionar QUATRO vezes. No verão. Em Ilhabela. • A jacuzzi na varanda, que era o grande diferencial da suíte, não funcionou e soltava muita sujeira. A manutenção ficou quase 3 horas tentando consertar, e no final admitiram que não sabiam mais o que fazer. • Wi-Fi não funciona no quarto com cama de solteiro, onde o ar-condicionado ainda está funcionando. E na suíte principal (onde deveria ser confortável), estou suando na cama enquanto escrevo essa avaliação. Paguei caro por uma suíte para quatro pessoas sendo que éramos apenas duas, buscando conforto, exclusividade e uma experiência especial. No fim das contas, fiquei assistindo técnico entrar e sair do quarto no meu último dia, ao invés de aproveitar a viagem. E como cereja do bolo: tentei mandar um e-mail de reclamação pro endereço que me passaram e ele simplesmente não existe. Me senti feito de otário. A expectativa era de alto padrão. O que recebi foi descaso, estrutura precária e falta de respeito com o cliente.

Hotel 10/10 uma estrutura incrível, muitas opções de piscinas, a piscina que fica dentro do hotel é linda demais, com água verdinha e muito instagramavel. A estrutura que fica na beira da praia junto da piscina e restaurante também é incrível, beleza surreal, por do sol lindo no deck, a estrutura do hotel realmente é muito linda e instagramavel. Quando vamos em direção ao quarto os corredores parem cavernas. Apenas o café da manhã deixou a desejar, é bom mas poderia melhorar.

Maravilhoso!

O hotel é surpreendente! Na chegada fomos muito bem recebidos, e nos foi apresentado todo o hotel. O quarto era reformado, cama confortável, chuveiro e secador maravilhosos! A piscina com água de cachoeira é linda e fica quentinha mais a tarde, a praia e píer está ao atravessar a rua e tudo muito bem cuidado. Ele é mais bonito pessoalmente do que nas fotos! Atendimento e estrutura merece 5 estrelas.

Adoramos nossa estadia durante o final de semana em que fomos. O Hotel sem dúvida um dos melhores de Ilhabela, bem localizado, enfrente a praia com bar/restaurante e toda a infraestrutura necessária para garantir o conforto aos hóspedes.
