The hotel was very clean & quiet. The staff was friendly and overall everything was great. Areas for improvement could be the dining experience it took quite a long time to get food & drinks. Other than that it was good. Thank you!

O hotel fica num lugar lindo,os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos, o quarto muito espaçoso e bonito,o café da manhã é bom,servido na mesa e tem poucas opções ,a comida do restaurante é muito gostosa. Ponto negativo é cobrarem taxa de serviço e que por sinal, foi surpresa ,deixando a conta bem cara.

Passamos 3 dias maravilhosos no hotel. Tudo ótimo. Atendimento, localização,conforto, café da manhã. A localização num canal que permite o acesso de barcos é fundamental para quem vai conhecer as ilhas de Angra. A embarcação atraca no hotel. Só achei que os preços das refeições são um pouco exagerado. Uma jarrra de suco por R$ 80,00 está fora do razoável.

Experiência muito ruim!

Fotos não condiz com o local, péssima experiência, roupas de cama péssimas, travesseiros horríveis, sem fronhas, não oferecem fronhas, decoração de péssimo gosto, espaço muito pequeno p café da manhã , porém n recomendaria de forma alguma o hotel.
