"Overall the hotel was good and the staff were great. The hotel is a bit dated and could do with a make over. The hotel was in a great location and we were able to us the facilities at the Pueblo Bonita Blanco, right next door and we were also able to shuttle over to the Pueblo Bonita Sunset hotel and use the amazing facilities throughout the complex. "We absolutely loved our stay at the Altitude Krystal Grand!! We did the Altitude upgrade ( highly recommend) and everything was outstanding. The staff, conceige, greeters, security, housekeeping, wait staff, bar tenders, entertainment crew ( Marco, Daniela, Luis, Juan, Estephanie, just to name a few ) Drinks were yummy and constantly flowing, good was great. But mostly it was the people that made this trip so fantastic. We met aome of the nicest people ( staff and guests), some who we now consder friends. I will say, we hadn't stayed at an all inclusive for many years as we usually do condo rentals, so weren't sure what to expect. Such a great choice. We will definitely be back.
