"We stayed here for two nights before our South Hampton Cruise departure. It was a great price compared to the prices near South Hampton Cruise Terminal. The staff was accommodating. They assisted us with getting a taxi from the mall back to the hotel. The Breakfast was really great. We had no issues checking in or out, they refunded the the hold on our card straight away. I would recommend."

"We were lucky enough to take advantage of an offer on our 2 night stay.
My partner has health issues and we were happy that there is a lift which made things a lot easier.
The hotel is situated in a perfect position. Turn right from the door and there's two pubs offering food and the Historical dockyard just beyond that, everything within two mins walk. Turn right from the hotel door and another short walk will take you to a shopping centre with loads of good clothes shops and restaurants....

"Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff. On the negative, the hotel was getting run down and the room we were assigned was poorly appointed. Of note, the a/c was broken, elevator lights were out and only went to first floor, sink cracked, paint and rugs were worn ."

"From the outside it looks tatty but go in it's well looked after. Our room has a refurbished bathroom with a large shower,bath and toilet all new. The menu has a good choice of courses. It has a large outside area for seating. Also they have live music in the evening with different themes."

"Beautiful rooms, I've never seen so many light switches and sockets to plug into ! let down by poor maintenance on the bathroom doors, which didn't close due to not fitting in the frame by a few cm! Maybe they were just being installed, but not great when you can't close the door.
We had a very fancy fan, but would be cautious booking without air-con in the hotter times.
Breakfast was good ! proper bread, and a chef who can cook eggs without them being snotty or hard boiled !

"The staff were lovely and helpful and I had a spacious bedroom with on suite and it was clean. I had a problem with a couple who was in one of the rooms next to me making banging noises at gone 2am in the morning and I have sensory issues so I shouted to them can they please stop banging as it is gone 2am in the morning and I have sensory issues and I am trying to relax but I can't relax and I also heard someone making sex sounds in one of the other rooms next to me so it was triggering me...
