"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness. We experienced a minor issue during the night, but it was quickly and professionally resolved by the wonderful reception staff the following morning. Their professionalism and courteous manner was truly commendable and a real testament to the hotel."

"one of the best hotel room, i have ever stayed. the lobby is nice, the room is huge and even nicer. they refill the water, but towards the end of our stay, they no longer refill the snack. otherwise the room is nice as per picture, bonus it is just 3 mins walk from the train station, so if your journey is late at night, this hotel is just close by to the train station and royal mile."

"The staff was very courteous, they really stood out, showed standard and real hospitality. the food was good, location was home away from home, room was clean and spotless, i would come back again if i need to visit Edinburgh.
