"Loved staying overnight at the zoo. Everything was clean and eco friendly. The included private tour was informative. The added night tour and animal encounters were definitely worth it and goes to a good cause. "

"The check in & check out process was seamless. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and request for more towels was fast & efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location near Australia Square, lots of restaurant & bar options nearby. Walkable to pretty much everything in the CBD and only a 5 min walk to Martin Place train/metro station."

"Considering its proximity to the city centre this hotel was a great find. It’s got the old house vibes but with modern finishes (i can’t explain well but it feels just right). The staff is equally amazing. I may have had some minor issues but they did their best to help out. Fair warning - don’t leave your room card in the room at night because if you do - you gonna have to wait till the morning (no staff at night). "The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."
