"The hotel staff were great! Location was perfect right in front of water taxi and water bus! Walking distance to St. Mark and Doge Castle. I just wished we had the full view of the canal vs. just half from our balcony. "

The location couldn’t have been more perfect, close enough to easily reach all the main sights, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, whether it was offering recommendations, answering questions, or simply greeting us with a smile each day. Their warm hospitality really made a difference. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the facilities throughout the hotel were excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Venice."

"Colombina Hotel was a perfect spot to stay in Venice! Centrally located to some of the city's most iconic locations, while offering a quiet and authentic experience right on one of Venice's famous canals. The hotel had wonderful service, larger than expected rooms, and a great breakfast! I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!"

"Superb location. Our room had a double aspect overlooking the canal. We could watch the Gondolas all day! Bathroom a bit small and shower over bath wasn’t great. Breakfast was terrible. Very busy, hot food was limited and tasteless, poor coffee, toaster didn’t work, etc. However, the service and location made up for it. Lots of nearby cafes and bars that are relatively inexpensive if you stand at the bar. "

"They staff upon check in were very helpful & gave lots of advice on navigating the boat time table & how to reach the centre of Venice. Rooms were spotless and the breakfast buffet was tasty & plentiful. Very comfortable bed & pillows. "

"The hotel was nice and clean. The building was modern so not located in Venezia center, but is ~20- 25 min walk. The breakfast buffet was nice but nothing extraordinary. Also, they would charge for a lot of stuff that usually is included in hotels. For example our checkout was 11 am and our train was a 1 pm and we asked the staff if it's possible we leave our luggage for 2 hours while we go around the city and they said we had to pay $15. or one night we asked for a plate and they charged us for that. It was only 50 center so it was not about the amount, it was just the gesture that was not very cool. In general, the rooms were clean and comfy so we'd totally recommend it. "
