"Hotel is less than 10 mins from the airport. The male staff were friendly HOWEVER, THE FEMALE STAFF WERE RUDE! Mostly all of them had an attitude, which is sad. It ruins it for the other women. Check-in was horrid b/c the hotel has NO A/C it was very uncomfortable to sit around for hours while the mosquitos ate you up. "I love that you really don’t have to leave the resort, if you came for peaceful vibes and a getaway. There is always transportation available from many booking agencies and taxi services.
