"The staff were super sweet and helpful. We had an issue with the card reader running low on battery. When we went back downstairs to let them know, the lady came upstairs with us after reassigning the card to the room and seeing up cards to another room just in case. The card reader was in fact dead and instead of having to go downstairs again, we were able to get in the next room with no hassle. This hotel is in such a great area. "I was on the first floor which was incredibly loud from the road noise and did not sleep at all. I had my service dog with me and the day after I checked out I got charged a pet deposit which I was never informed of. I called the same day they said it would be refunded I never received a refund."

"This BNB is just outside of downtown Utica, and just far enough that the setting is quiet, peaceful, and serene. The house itself is charming inside and out. The couple that own the house are very kind, helpful, and very hospitable. Since my own experience was exceptional, this BNB gets booked often, so one definitely should book well in advance. "The Lakeview Motel is a great place to stay. The room was clean and there were no smells. The front desk was helpful and efficient. The cost was low and the view was excellent! 10 minutes from Main St. in Cooperstown."
