"My room smelled so bad when I entered it. It looked clean but there was this musty smell that never left. "

"Everything was great except that the pool was "under maintenance" for our full weekend stay. Kids were excited to swim during our trip. It was quite the coincidence that the pool was re-opened the morning we checked out. We did not see any people "maintenancing" the pool our entire stay, as our room had full view of the pool. Very disappointing. If one of the highlighted amenities is unavailable, I think patrons should be notified ahead of time to make other accommodations for stay as the pool...

"Property is beautiful, rooms are spacious and well maintained and breakfast is delicious and fresh as you order off a menu. Some fresh fruit and pastries also to choose from."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was updated and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had really nice bath products. The location in downtown was ideal. We parked and walked everywhere. It was very convenient. We also loved that the hotel was historic. There is a coffee shop in the hotel building but a couple others within a block. Highly recommend."
