"There was a wedding that night that was louder than most concerts I’ve been too. I’m all about a good time but everything in the room was vibrating and went on til 10:30. The staff even asked them to lower it a little bit and they did for about 5 minutes and then turned back up. I would just check if there are any events going on before staying here again."

"Very nice, spacious rooms. However, due to the hotel being at capacity, the elevators stopped working a few times and the ice machines didn’t produce ice."

"Outdated, hair in the sink and shower, pillows were small and too flat, closet was broken, racks in the bathroom broken, stains on the bed and chairs and crumbs on the floor."

"This place is terrible. It’s the worst I’ve ever been to. I got bitten by bed bugs that were laying in worth of five minutes. The place was really dirty and made me itchy. The bed sheets were stained and ripped. Hornets nest in the stairway. You don’t even get your money’s worth. Don’t come here ever!"

"I worked with Ayisha at the front desk to add a day to our stay prior to our arrival. She was very kind and helpful. Upon arrival there was some confusion on the amount owed for the extra day because we used a 3rd party to book the other nights. Following a call from the front desk to report to the front desk after check-in, the issue was resolved. The room was clean. We did not use any of the amenities. Plenty of parking. The door at the end of the hall closest to our room was...
