"For $211 I would think I would get a room that the air conditioning unit doesn't have its control panel smashed out with the knob sitting on top would also expect everything in the facility to be well maintained it's the little things that make a big difference."

"I came to this place at 1:00 in the morning because the other place kiteville was closed down or at least posted to be vacated and disgusting and I couldn't get in so the gentleman who I guess owns this place was very helpful I could call him and answer the phone and that was really really nice but the place is really dirty"

"The rooms were very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was great. My only complaint would be the elevators. There were 2 but only one was working. It was very slow. We were there for a soccer tournament in the area so there were a lot of kids & families staying there. One elevator was not sufficient."

"Everything was great except the one elevator was a bit scary. If there was more than 3 people on it at once, the door wouldn't open once you got to the 1st floor and someone would have to hit the 1st floor button again for it to open. Also, the pool was cold and slimy. We were told it was heated but it definitely was not. The stairs in the pool were slimy and slippery along with inside the pool on the floor"

"It was a very clean hotel, but I did not have a chair in my room and asked for one and never received it and it’s odd that they make you pay for breakfast"

"We were here for just one night for a graduation. I thought the price of the room was exorbitant for a Holiday Inn Express, but beggars can't be choosy. Room was comfortable, parking was fine, location great for what we stayed for. Breakfast was the usual tasty buffet Hotel is non-smoking, but smelled the "skunk" smell (Marijuana) in 3rd floor hallway. I personally don't care that people smoke, but think of the lingering odor in the room. Inconsiderate."

"This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone!"

"Front desk and restaurant/buffet staff were excellent. Super kind, considerate and helpful. Room was just ok. Bathroom is painfully cramped. Bathroom floor was flat out gross with shoes sticking to floor. Door to room was difficult to lock from inside and door creaked and groaned upon opening and closing… not on par for a $200+ per night hotel."
