"This is the hotel we go back to whenever we go to Florence. The staff are amazing. Every single member of staff can not do enough to help you. The view from the hotel is just beautiful. We like walking and it is a 30 minute walk down the hill to pitti palace. If you don’t want to walk back up there is a bus. Also a 2 minute walk out the front of the hotel to the left is a great little pub in a field where they grow their own veggies and the meat for the burgers is from local farms. A must visit...

"I had a beautiful view of the rooftops of Florence form my 3rd-floor room. Comfortable bed, marble bathroom, easy-to-operate modern AC unit, and QUIET, despite being in the center of it all. Delicious breakfast, helpful and friendly staff (both at front desk, and easy to call down from room), and comfortable protocol for arriving hear when room was not ready yet. Would 1000% stay here again."

Same street is packed with restaurants, gelato place, shops, etc. The hotel is in close proximity to main attractions, big plus as driving and parking is not quite an option. The hotel has no parking, however they have an agreement with a garage 2 minutes away from the hotel."
