The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. Rooms were clean and views of the mountains wonderful, peaceful and beautiful. Pool area always clean. Restaurant was excellent, good choice of food...

"Excellent séjour (chambre avec vue splendide, qualité de service et sympathie/sérieux du personnel). Dommage d'être submergé par des touristes allemands qui se savent pas s'adreser autrui autrement qu'en allemand et employer le vocabulaire italien de base ! L'hygiène (usage de la serviette) et la sécurité (trop d'utilisateurs en claquette) dans la salle de fitness sont à revoir "
