We stayed here for our fifth anniversary and got engaged. My partner is vegan and they were very accommodating about vegan breakfast options. The spa is lovely. The bed was very comfy and the room was great.

This was the best hotel that I have stayed in I think ever! Truly I have traveled many places and the stellar Ambiance of this hotel cannot be beaten. The breakfast is amazing as everyone else says. To be able to have an omelette each morning it's just wonderful because you end up spending all day out doing things and the protein just keeps you going. The fruit was always fresh the yogurt was the best I've had and of course the pastries were delicious. My favorite part of every morning was one of the staff and the breakfast room by the name of Taia and she helped us a great deal everyday trying to speak Italian since we are from america. The beds are the most comfortable and The View was wonderful we had room 407 I highly recommend you request it but just don't request it when we're coming back! Which in all honesty would be every stinking year if I could afford it! The walkability to Riva everyday was beautiful! We did jump in the pool once and it was pretty chilly even though it was heated but it is October after all. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again and again and again.

İ was reserved another hotel at that neighboohood but road was closed and i cant go there and i find this excellent hotel its above my all expectation very good super clean , super confort and amazing Breakfeast everything was great no need to think just reserve it !

Amazing hotel in ideal position!

Lovely hotel in an ideal position to enjoy Riva del Garda, just a short walk to lakeside and not too far to walk into town centre with many lovely restaurants and bars. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is just out of this world and set us up for the day! Room was bright and spacious (we had comfort room), lovely and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. One small gripe, shower cubicle was a bit small although actual shower was great. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Loved the fact that parking was free, and plenty of spaces. We both enjoyed our stay at Parc Flora and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

An excellent hotel in prime condition with a lovely spa! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had though I would have hoped for vegan options. But plus points for the fresh orange juice and the prosecco :) My fiance loved the omelette station. The spa was wonderful, even though the 10€ price came as a suprise. But we paid it happily as it was worth it for a rainy day. The hotel is located quite far from the old town of Riva del Garda, but walkable. The rooms were beautiful and the bed was good. Only minus of the very poorly soundproofed door. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There was even a goodie/snack bag given to us at checkout with apples and waterbottles. I hope that we would have been informed that the minibar was also included (with water). Would stay here again!

Room size of the suite room was adequate. Had some issues with the placement of power points, none next to the room. Location was excellent right in the heart of the things with best gelato in Riva Del Garda and best shopping and eateries, lake side within 5 mins walking. Breakfast was good but on the last day staff at the live egg counter was missing. At 6:30 am no one answers the phone at the reception or housekeeping if you need something like fresh towels.
