Great location on the lake and right across from the ferry. Center of everything else in Como. The place is beautiful. Our room was upgraded and very very nice . It was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. I booked four nights and when I arrived they had upgraded my room to one with a Lake Como view! Residence Diaz
To start with, the bed wasn’t comfortable or clean at all. The washer and dryer were not working and were not even inside the suite as mentioned on the website. The place was also extremely cold, and the thermostat was not working properly since it stayed at the same temperature the entire time.
