"Clean room, hip vibe, decent location. The staff was sadly very variable. Although several people at the front desk were lovely and helpful, one bearded Scandinavian type there was surly and aggressive and shouldn’t be in the service industry. The bartender in the lobby was also completely overwhelmed. Sweet but understaffed and forgetful and stressed. "

"The staff at this Westin are excellent. From the valets to the housekeepers. It’s in a great location- I was there for work but took advantage of walking around and there are so many places nearby to check out or if you need anything there are stores an pharmacies conveniently nearby. The rooms are clean and there is one restaurant on site. I did not get to check out their gym. I would definitely stay again.

"Great Location. We had a King suite , lots of room and worth the money. A wealth of restaurants within walking distance . A shout out to the Amsterdam Market across the street. The food to go is excellent, Many mornings grabbed a fresh omelet for $10 and brought it up to the room , The hotel is very clean .
The elevators are very slow as it is an older building but thats a minor detail"

"Hotel in great location. close to metro. For an American hotel breakfast , quality and choices were 7/10 for being an included in the price breakfast 10/10! "I had an amazing check-in experience with Crystal. We were able to check in right away with no issues at all. The staff was very welcoming every time we entered and left the hotel. Our rooms were nice and clean. They ask you if you would like to have room service every day or every other day. The Wi-Fi is good. This is close to a lot of locations and train stations so it was very easy to get around there is a 24 hour ping-pong place right next-door which was super fun. There is Starbucks...

"Nicole greeted us promptly on a rainy day! She honestly made our trip so worth it and an overall great experience. Literally putting us at ease. The buffet breakfast was honestly so fresh and customer service- as a Texan I have to say Rahman was so attentive and kind to us during our stay. Staff was more than ready to help anytime of day, with a smile. We would step out and comeback to a clean room with the beds made. Willing to hold your bags before or after checkout!! Rare in NY in my opinion "
