"One of the worst experience. How on earth they only provide two bottles of water for my entire 4 nights stay? The woman in the reception was rude and I feel she’s being racist. The Asian woman was polite but another woman in white shirt are so rude. The old man was good manner. I still cannot accept a hotel policy as she claimed only provide two bottles of water during first day of checked in !! Bizarre. My remaining of 7 nights I moved to Westin Hotel Times Square. Perfect place for me."

"The room was clean, but unfortunately very small. Once we had put our luggage in, the space felt cluttered very quickly, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The bathroom door was also a bit disappointing, as it was a sliding door with gaps on both sides, meaning you couldn’t properly close it and have full privacy.
The view was okay, but as we were on the 5th floor, it felt a little like being on the road rather than having a particularly nice view.
The staff experience was quite...
