Upon arrival, reception informed us that the restaurant, bar and pool are all closed. Not a great start and it got much worse. Lobby bathrooms were disgusting the complimentary coffee bar consisted of 2 keurigs and a total of 3 coffee pods. Returning to the room at 10pm the key wouldn’t work. We ...

Comfort Inn North/Polaris
Tired facility with excellent staff. Upon entering my room I found the HVAC system not working, the house phone not working and the commode self flushing every 4-5 minutes. The TV worked but had its unique style and I had to be told how to use it. First and last stay at a Comfort Inn.
