Confusion about room cleaning. I didn’t feel I should need to request daily cleaning. I was charged on card I gave to hold reservation and then took 8 days to get corrected. No wine opener in the entire restaurant… overall lack of accountability.

Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus Polaris
Only one elevator worked and the down button on the sixth floor didn’t work. Elevator was shared by guests and service staff all day. So long waits, long lines, and multiple trips.

Holiday Inn Express Hotels & Suites Columbus-Polaris Parkway by IHG
The hotel room was very nice. It has been recently renovated, but I wish they would tell you that they are in the middle of a construction when you walk in the lobby. The breakfast was okay.
