"Our room was clean but we were disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room. Only one tea bag in the room. Breakfast was minimal and we were pushed out by the staff! The Check in and out were very efficient with friendly staff. Parking was great! But the facility needs upgrade!"

"Pros: Clean, gorgeous property, super quiet Negatives: Biggest negative is the old school magnetic stripe card keys, which are finicky and lose their charge often. Recommend getting two cards even if you don't need both. Second biggest negative is the odd behaviour by the staff. Asking for your card key to get recharged get you a lecture from the staff about keeping your cards separate from each other so they don't demagnetize each other. We were also chased down by the staff on the way...

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen...
