"This hotel feels average for the price point. The rooms are small but clean. The bathroom sink only had very hot water, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was not included in my rate; when I chose to try it, the selection was limited and items were not being refilled, and service was quite slow. The staff were friendly, but the team seemed understaffed."

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold.
furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen...

"Modern hotel with multiple control panels for curtains and lighting. A bit of overkill with this level of customization provided for controlling the many lighting options. Floor motion sensors turn on certain bathroom lights automatically in the middle of the night which can be very disruptive for those who prefer to sleep in darkness. Beds were also a bit too soft for our liking.
Room was large enough and very clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
