Hotel berdekatan Baycrest Arena

"The hotel has been renovated since we last stayed there. We stayed two nights. The breakfast was good. I cannot understand why they don't clean the rooms every day or at least check if you need new towels. The towels you receive per person are one washcloth, one hand towel and a another towel that was maybe 36" x 24". They were not very good quality either. Would not stay again if I didn't have to."

"Our room was clean but we were disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room. Only one tea bag in the room. Breakfast was minimal and we were pushed out by the staff! The Check in and out were very efficient with friendly staff. Parking was great! But the facility needs upgrade!"

"I wasn't expecting to pay for parking my vehicle nightly. The staffs at all areas were very helpful especially those at the entrance and on the operation desk. I think the TV need upgrading and the carpet in the room need replacing or steam cleaning. Also, at both sides of the night table are very sharp edge metal that can cut into someone's hands especially waking up in the dark and trying to reach for something on the night table.
