"Rustic, but beautiful. Everyone is VERY friendly, outgoing, willing to help you. GORGEOUS Mountain View’s from all locations. Elk and deer all over the property. Great facilities. Always something to do or see. Just a few miles from the gate to the Rocky Mountains National Park. No AC, but you don’t need it at 8000’ elevation. Not for you if have lung or heart conditions. "

"We stayed here for one night. Person at the check in desk was quite helpful and friendly. It's more "motel" vibe than "lodge" (is there a difference? IDK) and looked slightly sketchy from the outside, but we felt totally safe. Big bonus is the free parking. Room was equipped with a microwave and fridge. Bathroom was clean. Overall, would recommend."

"Quiet clean vomfortable"

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. The staffs are wonderful. They baked tasty cookies every day. Our room has a large patio with furnitures right next to the Fall River. It’s really soothing listening to the water every day after a hard hike. The lodge is a few minutes drive to downtown Estes Park so it pretty quiet yet convenient for shopping and restaurants. Inside the unit, everything is very clean. Overall, enjoyed our stay here. "
