"Overall, the room was cleaned fairly. There was a water stain on the ceiling. The personal hygiene products were not up to par. They did not provide much lather. They looked cheap. I tried to locate toothpaste and a toothbrush in the hotel store, but was not able too. Had to walk over to CVS.

"The property is conveniently located close to Savannah. There are ample restaurants nearby and easy access to the interstate. The property is very clean and feels safe. The rooms are welcoming and clean. The only issue we had was with the quality of the mattress, but this may be due to an aging back.
The elevator was also painfully slow. There is some noise bleed-over between floors. We heard running above us every night.

"The staff was very unfriendly when we entered the property at 3 pm. They said come back at 4 pm. We had our emotional support animal and had to wait in the hot sun for an hour. No decent lobby and no outdoor shading.
The resort fee is $18 per person but with two pools it is not much of a resort. I think it is a hidden additional room fee. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel."

"There are no rooms here that do not smell like smoke. My reservation was for 2 non smoking rooms. They only had 1 non smoking room available. However they were the same. Both smelled of stale cigarette smoke and cat urine. Third floor room (smoking room) had baby roaches. Second floor non smoking room at least did not have roasted but did have an open hole in the side of the shower with a piece of tape over it.
