"Location was nice right on the lake. The breakfast was great. Staff at check in were good but otherwise no real contact with many. The room had an unusual set up and was difficult to access/store our bags. There was no surface or space big enough to put them (we had small bags!). The shower was in the same room as the bed. Bathroom area was clean and modern except it only had a sheer curtain on the giant window and didn’t offer much privacy when the lights were on (this was REALLY weird!). It’s a nice, clean updated hotel/room. Maybe other rooms are set up differently??"

"One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Beautiful property and spacious room with our own patio overlooking the lake. Very quiet room. The staff are fantastic with help for everything!! The breakfast had lots of variety and everything was delicious. The restaurant is heavy with seafood options and everything we tried was great. The only thing that would make things better is if they had a hotel shuttle in to Bellagio. Even without that service, the bus is super easy and there is a stop right outside the hotel. 10/10!"

"Very friendly and attentive staff but that's about it. The mattress on our bed felt like it was just springs. We asked to move rooms for a better bed but were told all the beds are the same. The room itself was very tired looking and in need of updating and had an odd smell. The bathroom was clean but the shower frequently ran out of hot water and failed to drain fast enough so had to frequently turn off to stop from overflowing. The breakfast was basic but not amazing quality with a bad tasting vat of instant coffee on hand. Cappuccinos could be made on request which was a saving grace. The location of the hotel was perfect it's just a shame it's been left to deteriorate, it could be great with some updates. "

"Nice overall hotel, unfortunateky restaurant for dinner was not yet open so couldnt try. Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and modern. Spa and saunas only opens from 4pm, wpuld have loved to use in the morning also but unfortunately only opens in afternoon. Breakfast was excellent!"
