"CLEAN ROOM..."

"The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! "There was a dirty sock left in kitchen area. A medicine like container was left in the ice bucket that said bee pollen. I do not think that it was bee pollen. I did not touch. Left it there. Chair in room ripped and not useable. Tilted to one side. Bathroom door did not shut properly. Overall poor condition."

"The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again."

"Our bed didn't have pillow cases on the pillows. Everything was clean and it probably was a grand hotel at one time, but it needs some updates. It was very quiet. The price was very reasonable compared to the rest of the hotels in the Buffalo area this time of the year."
