"The overall decor, rooftop bar + rooftop bar staff and proximity to everything to explore Boston was a 5/5. But if I’m being honest, everything else was a 2/5 or 2.5/5. Had an instance when I was waiting in line to get more toilet paper for my room and the Citizen “ambassador” made me wait longer because she saw a guest struggling with check-out even though I was next in line. "Property was in a nice location. AC in first room didn’t work so they graciously moved us. We were thankful for that. The AC in the second room worked but it wasn’t very strong. No microwave in the room. Our safe didn’t work in the second room."

"Aesthetically the property is very nice . Location is very far from public transport. It is close walking distance to many restaurants The breakfast was ok not so many options compared to other chain hotels . The terrace upstairs on top of the building didn’t have a lot of outside seating and was very crowded sadly . "Great room and an awesome location! We got to enjoy the great atmosphere of the seaport area - there were a bunch of great restaurants, bars, and awesome walking paths on the water with skyline views - and then went and walked to Quincy Market the next day!"
