"This is a small flat on the top floor of a terrace house. Yes you can see the river just past the plumbers merchant yard and the industrial estate on the opposite bank. Access is via a very noisy shared stair case. First impressions on entering is a place which needs some upgrading and lacks furnishing - COSY it is not. "All parts of Foto we experienced were beyond expectations. It was a special spot and a perfect respite from Dublin for a long weekend. Every staff that we came in contact with exceeded our expectations. The minute we came thru the gates, the beauty of the resort was astounding. The food was fabulous. Every meal was a treat. "Room clean and larger size and the bed was large and comfy. The bathroom was a large size but the exhaust fan was not working or missing. Breakfast was very nice and lots of options. Off road parking and while location was just out of city, you can easily catch bus from right outside, 1.90 euro to city."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The Front Desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! They gave special attention to our needs and were accommodating! The location was super walkable to so many restaurants and attractions. Room Service was yummy and the restaurant and bar were great for grabbing a quick bite. Coffee shop right downstairs ! and The gym was clean and well furnished for a great cardio and weight workout."
