"I have just arrived home after spending two nights here. I booked the Garden Room which was spacious and had a nice view of the garden. No one over looking so lots of privacy. The room was extremely clean and the amenities supplied very thoughtful. Different teas, coffees, and milks supplied. "This felt like an hotel in decline. The communal spaces were brightly lit even in the evening and therefore there was no atmosphere. The corners of the shower were not sealed properly and had black deposits in them. The bathroom lights kept flickering and although a maintenance person made several attempts to change bulbs, and thought he had solved the problem, after a while they started again. One of the only two lifts kept failing forcing those of us who could, to use the stairs. The...

"The room was cleaned every day. Fresh towels were available. The staff was helpful, and could be improved. Breakfast was hot, and the food looked well-cooked. It was closer to Bournemouth International Centre and the beach. Driving to The New Forest is wonderful and a must-visit."

"This was my second stay at this hotel. Very nice hotel, staff very friendly, free parking, lovely garden area, very clean and spacious rooms. Didn't have the breakfast because I had to be out early. This has to be one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in, really calm atmosphere from staff and guests. I'm booked again for July for two nights and would highly recommend."

"We stayed for 3 nights, day 1 there was no hot water, so no shower or cleaning from the sink, staff sorted it out! Nothing went wrong on day 2 but day 3 the electricity blew just before we were going out so kinda messed up our preparation, again the staff sorted it. Guess we were a little unlucky but lots of positive things as well"
