"The hotel itself seemed decent; however, the room was rather dated, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to a business meeting, but I would not stay there again."

"Returned to the same hotel the week after our first trip as its conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast is great with a good spread. The room allocated was at the very end thus dragging all our luggages was tricky. Those driving will need park elsewhere. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kensington prime a very enjoyable boutique hotel in a great location near Olympia station could get around from there to anywhere. We enjoyed comfy beds and great designs of the room and interior that made it feel homey. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or other activities but seemed like there was everything available. Our only feedback was lack of a proper shower curtain but that’s minor! You will enjoy staying here. "

"Toilet flush was temperamental and (tiny) sink was very slow to drain. Washcloth was stained.
Despite having no window, room could not be darkened because of glaring thermostat and other points of light from various electronics.
Beds were comfortable and clean, check-in and check-out were quick and efficient.
Chose the hotel for the convenience of staying in the terminal between flights, but thought it was overpriced even so. "
