"Overall, I’d rate this stay three stars, and that feels generous. Issues: The door to our room had a visible crack. It let in wind, likely bugs, and actually shifted on a windy night. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and something else unpleasant. The TV worked intermittently. "The room had no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year. The smoke alarm chirped all night, even after changing the battery. The doors had no insulation, very drafty. The lien was stained. Bath tubs were peeling. The parking lot was very icy. "

"The entire room was dusty and dirty and disgusting. The toilet leaked, the fire alarm was literally hanging by wires and the ice machine was unusable. This is nothing like the pictures. There were gross stains on the carpet and the microwave was sticky. Do not stay here unless you are desperate."

"Breakfast needs Improvement"

"Its an extended stay so people around look homely. You can smell marijuana in certain parts of the hallway. Couches were rupped and stained and need to be replaced. Had to call down for remotes for the bedrooms(2 bedroom suite) Staff was nice, room was clean and size of rooms were decent. Was on top floor so didmt have to worry about noise on top of us although the doors slam really hard so you can hear that. Full kitchen was clutch. "

"This was a last minute booking for a trip I planned for two days prior. Our room was very underwhelming for the price we paid (almost $250 for two nights). The blanket on both beds had multiple burn holes despite it being a non smoking room. Long stringy hairs found on our towels, and trash left in the room from whoever stayed before us. There is also no secondary lock or chain on the door, so if you have small children I highly recommend finding a better place to stay. You do not need to undo...

The room smelled so bad that I felt like my lungs got on fire… By the arrival found out that service dogs are not allowed at non-smoking rooms and I had to pay pet fee… which completely brakes the law… The bedding was filthy, walls were dirty and stained by the smoke… the smell was absolutely horrible… I had no idea that places like this one are allowed on Expedia. But the receptionist was nice."
