"The staff was very friendly and the maids did a super job of the room. Breakfast was always there and ready with coffee and fruits and helpful staff. BUT... Smokers should be told to stay away from the entrance and BUT BUDDIES should be installed to collect the butts from smokers and not thrown on the ground."

"The room was spacious with 3 queen beds, nice and clean. Hallway was clean. Stair cases and steps where not clean. Breakfast was good. Pool area was good. Its open cocept area and we liked it. Tea and coffee in the lobby was good. We would like to come back and hope they keep the rooms and hotel in good conditions. "

"The location was absolutely great. The hotel is in front of the mill pond and is literally a few minutes walk to the village area. The staff was really nice, i had requested for a room with a view which was fortunately available and so we got it. The night view from the hotel was surreal. Room was really good. We were 5 in total and enjoyed our trip. I heard Christmas time is really beautiful, so might plan again around that time. Thank you Westin, It would have been nice if breakfast was included. Although I know that its available separately for a cost. But overall, the kids and adults both enjoyed. "
